Fresh restaurant has changed its menu for 2016 and it is very eclectic. This restaurant is in very convenient location in Downtown Camden Maine. This used to be my go to place for Vegan and vegetarian options, but their are limited options in 2016. The restaurant is chef owned and the family is on the premises. Attention to detail is obvious and the staff are very nice. The wife is Bulgarian and has a long history in the restaurant industry. In the summer you will meet very nice Bulgarian students working there. Check out the menu before you go, This is not a traditional New England Restaurant.
