It is snowing again in Camden Maine this 12/17/2013 evening. There is a woman in town that has a retired husband that enjoys making ice candles. Last winter ice candles mysteriously appeared in the downtown of Camden and Rockport, in front of restaurants, in the Camden amphitheatre and on street corners. I met the woman once and asked her if I could buy one and she said she was not making them for money but for fun. She said her front lawn is scattered with these ice candles and she enjoys placing them around town. I have not stumbled upon this ice candle front lawn yet, but I am looking for it. The woman did not tell me her name.
